This interactive workshop introduces Argentine Tango as a therapeutic tool to foster wellbeing and human connection. Through tango’s fundamental elements:walking, embrace, and rhythm. Participants will explore movement as a source of oxytocin, emotional regulation, and empathy. Tailored for people working with refugees and trauma survivors, the workshop promotes grounding, mutual awareness, and community through shared dance.
