Cancellation Policy

No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.

Children Policy

Accommodation and breakfast are free for 1 child under 13 years sharing parents room.

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one of the parents and present official ID. Responsible person named by parents must present parent's written authorisation (with certified signature).

Credit Card Payment Charge

Credit card payments relating to Australian hotels incur a merchant service fee of 1.4% in addition to the total amount payable. Prepaid rates are excluded from the merchant fee.
