This interactive session introduces Argentine Tango as a therapeutic tool to foster wellbeing and human connection. Through tango’s fundamental elements—walking, embrace, and rhythm—participants will explore movement as a source of oxytocin, emotional regulation, and empathy. Tailored for refugees and trauma survivors, the workshop promotes grounding, mutual awareness, and community through shared dance.
